- Realistic critical path schedule

- Weekly and monthly scheduling meetings

Project Closeout
- Work with Architectural and Design team to produce punch-lists
- Utilization of digital punch-list program to ensure accurate and timely execution of punch-lists
- Work with subcontractors throughout the project to minimize punch-list items
- Continuing commitment to clients far beyond a standard warranty period
