Scheduling and Quality Control

  • Weekly and monthly scheduling meetings

Project Closeout

  • Work with Architectural and Design team to produce punch-lists
  • Utilization of digital punch-list program to ensure accurate and timely execution of punch-lists
  • Work with subcontractors throughout the project to minimize punch-list items
  • Continuing commitment to clients far beyond a standard warranty period
